■ 「日本学術会議第25期推薦会員任命拒否に関する人文・社会科学系学協会共同声明」英訳版と外国人記者クラブでの会見について■ 11月6日、「日本学術会議第25期推薦会員任継拒否に関する人文・社会科学系学協会共同声明」に200以上の学協会とともに参加しましたが、事態は打開の方向に進んでいるとはいえません。そこで共同声明を出した人文社会科学系学協会連絡会議において検討と準備を重ね、この問題を広く共有するために、12月2日13時より、外国人記者クラブ（日本外国特派員協会）で「人文社会科学系学協会」の記者会見を行い、併せて、共同声明と4学会の緊急抗議声明の英訳文も公表いたしました。ここに英訳版共同声明文とその声明に添えた説明文、そして英訳版緊急抗議声明を掲載いたします。なお発出学協会数は、11月6日よりもさらに増え、300を超えています。 ●共同声明文（英訳版） Joint Statement by the Academic Societies of the Humanities and Social Sciences on the Refusal to Appoint Nominees as Council Members to the 25th Term of the Science Council of Japan ●声明に添えた説明文 Japanese Academic Societies Unite to Release a Joint Statement to Protect the Independence of the Science Council of Japan ●4学会の緊急抗議声明（英訳版） We Oppose Political Intervention in the Science Council of Japan and Demand Retraction of the Refusal to Appoint Council Members Copyright (C)2006 日本文学協会, All Rights Reserved.
